Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer service experience at Talbots, promote products, and build brand relationships. Support store management and participate in service enhancements, including clientelling and appointment setting. Stay updated on fashion trends, knowledge of product fit and color, and create outfits for customers. Contribute to achieving sales and service metrics and engage in learning opportunities to improve performance. Leverage Omni-channel tools ( Concierge) to enhance the customer experience and foster team collaboration in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Able to work 15 to 20 hours per week
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to bend, reach, stretch, and lift at least 40 lbs
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using a computer/iPad/handheld system
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience and fashion knowledge
