Job Summary
Sales Associate for The Chefs’ Warehouse serving The Peninsula (Bay Area Peninsula) with a focus on growing revenue from restaurants, caterers, hotels, and retailers. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, traveling within the assigned territory to secure orders, demonstrating products, quoting prices and terms, preparing sales contracts, forecasting delivery dates, maintaining records and reports, collaborating with inside sales, tracking stock, and entering customer data. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant food sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, a hunter mentality, high energy, and a collaborative mindset; college degree or culinary arts background is desired but not required. Compensation includes a base salary range of $70,000–$80,000, monthly commissions, vehicle stipend, and a full benefits package.

- One to two years of relevant experience in food is highly desired
- Previous sales experience in restaurant, food sales, or professional catering, and/or working as a Chef is preferred
- College Degree or Culinary Arts desired but not required
