Job Summary
Manage the sales team to achieve growth targets by crafting sales plans, coaching representatives, and monitoring performance. Design strategic business plans to expand the customer base, identify emerging markets, and partner with clients to build lasting relationships. Present revenue reports and realistic forecasts to upper management while driving the sales process from plan to close. This role requires two years of sales experience, EST shift timings, and offers a salary plus incentives in a remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales associate
- Consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent English communication skills
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- 2 years of minimum experience required in Sales
- Shift timings will be as per EST time zone
