Sales Associate - Center Valley

Meet membership sales goals and achieve performance targets including membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales. Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu to educate clients on specific offerings and enhancements. Provide an excellent customer experience by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing membership sales. Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events while upholding spa cleanliness standards. Perform various other duties as assigned. This role offers a base hourly rate with uncapped commission on membership sales, plus benefits like health insurance, 401(k) matching, and free uniforms.
