Guide prospective buyers through community tours, home features, and the stages of the homebuying journey while supporting the sales process from initial interaction through closing. Assist the Sales Professional with contract preparation, documentation, and coordination of pre-construction, loan, and closing activities. Build relationships with real estate agents and prospects while actively supporting marketing and lead generation efforts. Monitor model homes, inventory, and market competition to ensure quality presentation. Requires valid driver's license, weekend availability, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
