Job Summary
Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process by asking questions, listening carefully, and negotiating payment terms to align with their lifestyle and budget. Perform professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles, explaining product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies. Nurture relationships to build a strong client base, then follow up to ensure successful referrals and transition buyers to the Service Department. Report directly to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and analysis. Requires previous automotive sales experience, a proven track record of performance, and the ability to work flexible hours and weekends. Salary ranges from $60K to $100K, up to $150K for top performers.
