Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, provide assistance with product styles and features, and proactively resolve issues while balancing multiple shoppers in a busy retail environment. Assist with omnichannel transactions as needed, execute point of sale/register transactions, and complete floor replenishment and shipment. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers. Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean store. This role requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a lift capacity of 40 pounds and extended standing. Required Qualifications
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time
