Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Confidently resolve customer issues while balancing multiple shoppers in a busy retail environment. Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience, execute point-of-sale transactions, and complete floor replenishment. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers. Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean store environment. This role requires lifting 40 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and climbing ladders. Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
