Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Confidently resolve customer issues and balance multiple shoppers in a busy retail environment. Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience, execute point-of-sale transactions, and complete floor replenishment. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program while minimizing store loss through exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time
