Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, provide assistance with product styles and features, and proactively resolve issues in a busy retail environment. Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience, execute point-of-sale transactions, and complete floor replenishment and shipments. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers while minimizing store loss through exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
Required Qualifications
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time
- climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
