Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, provide assistance with product styles and features, and proactively resolve issues while balancing multiple shoppers in a busy retail environment. Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience, execute point of sale transactions, and complete floor replenishment and shipments. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers, while minimizing store loss by maintaining a safe, clean environment. This role requires lifting 40 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
