Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, assist with product styles and features, and proactively resolve issues while balancing multiple shoppers in a busy retail environment. Execute point-of-sale transactions, complete floor replenishment, and expedite shipments as needed. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers, minimizing store loss by maintaining a safe, clean environment. This role requires lifting 40 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
