Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers while balancing multiple shoppers in a busy retail environment. Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience, execute point of sale transactions, and complete floor replenishment. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit. Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean store environment. This role requires lifting 40 pounds, standing for extended periods, and availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Climb up and down a ladder
- Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
