Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Confidently resolve customer issues, balance multiple shoppers in a busy retail environment, and assist with omnichannel needs. Execute point-of-sale transactions, complete floor replenishment, and articulate promotional events and the brand loyalty program. Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean environment. Availability includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time
