Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, provide assistance with product styles and features, and proactively resolve issues while balancing multiple shoppers in a busy retail environment. Assist with omnichannel transactions as needed, execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions, and complete floor replenishment and shipments. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers while minimizing store loss through exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean store. This role requires lifting 40 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and climbing ladders. Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
