Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers while balancing multiple shoppers in a busy retail environment. Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience and execute point of sale/register transactions. Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed, articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, and minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean environment. This role requires availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time
