Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers while balancing multiple shoppers in a busy retail environment. Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience and execute point of sale transactions. Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed, and articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers. Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean environment. Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time
