Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, assist with product styles and features, and proactively resolve issues while balancing multiple shoppers in a busy retail environment. Execute point-of-sale transactions, complete floor replenishment and shipments, and articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program. Maintain a safe, clean store by minimizing loss through exceptional customer service. This role supports Carter's as the largest North American apparel retailer for babies and young children, helping families navigate their parenting journey from new parents to school prep.
Required Qualifications
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time
- climb up and down a ladder
- Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
