Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting, assist with product styles and features, and proactively resolve issues while balancing multiple shoppers in a busy retail environment. Execute point of sale transactions, complete floor replenishment and shipments, and articulate promotional events and the brand loyalty program to ensure a positive shopping experience. Maintain a safe, clean store by minimizing loss through exceptional customer service. This role requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a schedule that allows work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time
