Job Summary
Greet customers warmly and assist with product styles, features, and benefits while proactively resolving issues in a busy retail environment. Execute point of sale transactions, complete floor replenishment, and expedite shipments as needed. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to shoppers, ensuring a positive omnichannel experience. Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean environment and balancing multiple tasks. This role requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical demands including lifting 40 pounds and standing for extended periods. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.25 per hour. As the first face of Carter's for growing families, you will help new parents and grandparents navigate their parenting journey through our baby essentials and school prep products.
Required Qualifications
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Climb up and down a ladder
- Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
