Job Summary
Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits. Confidently resolve customer issues while balancing multiple shoppers in a busy retail environment. Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience and expedite point of sale transactions. Execute floor replenishment and shipment as needed. Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program. Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean environment. Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Climb up and down a ladder
- Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
