Job Summary
Deliver an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience by focusing on full-price selling, executing visual directives, and maintaining store cleanliness. Handle escalated situations in compliance with policy, communicate loss prevention violations, and share customer feedback to improve the overall experience. Actively participate in store contests, stay current on financial goals, and support leadership in achieving sales and operational targets. Execute digital sales strategies including ship-from-store and BOPIS while adhering to brand guidelines and core values. Work part-time between 20-40 hours per week, with flexibility to cover weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
