Job Summary
Sales Associate at Michael Kors delivering elevated customer experiences in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Responsibilities include driving results through customer engagement, performing store operations, meeting productivity goals, developing product knowledge and trends, and contributing to Omni channel sales using all available tools. Must be able to multitask, foster client relationships, stay flexible with scheduling (including weekends and holidays), and represent the brand with energy and a customer-service mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant retail experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English is required
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
- Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including weekends/holidays
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced store environment
