Job Summary
As Product Advisor, guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey with a premium customer experience. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, present pricing and financing options, and assist in structuring deals with management. Maintain accurate CRM follow-up to manage leads and customer relationships, coordinate vehicle deliveries, and stay current on OEM features and market trends. Build rapport and trust with customers and contribute to a collaborative, energetic sales environment. Training is provided and experience is a strong asset but not required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Eligible to obtain a VSA license
- Submit a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
