Job Summary
Meet membership sales goals and achieve performance-based targets including membership conversion, booking efficiency, and gift card sales. Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu to educate clients on specific offerings and enhancements. Provide an excellent customer experience by answering phone calls, greeting clients, and managing appointments. Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events while upholding spa cleanliness standards. Perform various other duties as assigned. The role involves a varied schedule with weekend, daytime, evening, and holiday shifts.
