Job Summary
Sales Associate at CamFit (Orangetheory Fitness franchise) responsible for welcoming members, guiding tours and membership options, driving sales in memberships and renewals, and assisting with retail products. Maintains records in sales systems, handles inbound calls and follow-ups, supports daily studio operations, and collaborates with coaches and team members to uphold a high-energy, member-focused experience. Requires strong sales ability, excellent communication, comfort with computer software, and flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Familiarity with membership management and CRM platforms is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred)
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community
