Job Summary
Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product expertise while greeting visitors, processing payments, and promoting loyalty initiatives. Maintain a beautifully presented sales floor by executing visual merchandising standards, stocking displays, and ensuring product availability. Support store operations by managing inventory checks, preparing the stockroom, and processing incoming and outgoing packages for curbside and ship-from-store orders. Uphold safety standards, assist with new associate onboarding, and collaborate with management to hold the team accountable for profitability and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and other associates
- Ability to work in a flexible environment, shift quickly as our business evolves, and focus on continuous learning
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving to maintain a solutions-oriented and teamwork focus
- General office equipment, including computer and printer, Point of Sale (POS) system, AS400 system, company email system, company learning management system, telephone/intercom system, copier, fax machine, SKU and tagger guns, tape machine, small hand tools, ladders, step stools, hand truck/dolly, baler, calculator, electronic two-way radio with earpiece
