Job Summary
Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product demonstrations while greeting visitors, processing payments, and promoting loyalty initiatives. Maintain a beautifully presented sales floor by executing visual merchandising standards, stocking displays, and performing accurate inventory checks. Support store operations by managing incoming packages, curbside pickups, and stockroom preparation, while upholding safety, loss prevention, and brand policies. Collaborate with the team to foster a welcoming environment, support new associate onboarding, and hold everyone accountable for operational excellence and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and other associates
- Ability to work in a flexible environment, shift quickly as our business evolves, and focus on continuous learning
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving to maintain a solutions-oriented and teamwork focus
- General office equipment, including computer and printer, Point of Sale (POS) system, AS400 system, company email system, company learning management system, telephone/intercom system, copier, fax machine, SKU and tagger guns, tape machine, small hand tools, ladders, step stools, hand truck/dolly, baler, calculator, electronic two-way radio with earpiece
