Greet customers, verify IDs and card status, and dispense medication while collecting payments via POS or approved methods. Maintain online pick-up orders, establish positive client relationships through accurate needs assessment, and support marketing efforts to meet sales goals. Collaborate with the Dispensary Manager to identify and plan events, managing logistics, communication, and organization. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer service related experience involving direct patient/customer interaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years or older
- Ability to pass drug testing and Level 2 Florida State background check
