Job Summary
Assist in the education and sale of all Planet 13 products while creating an exceptional customer service experience through knowledge of merchandise and salesmanship. Answer customer questions regarding price and product use, and participate in upselling to meet monthly sales goals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the endocannabinoid system and comply with all state regulations, cash handling policies, and MME security protocols. Keep surfaces and the register area clean, remove and record cash at shift end, and report issues to management. Work overnight shifts with open availability.
Required Qualifications
- Must have open availability and be able to work overnight shifts
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- knowledge of basic computer systems
- Must possess a Nevada Dispensary Agent work card
- be 21 years of age or older
