Job Summary
Assist in the education and sale of all Planet 13 products while maintaining state regulations and complying with cash handling policies. Create an exceptional customer service experience through product knowledge and salesmanship, answering questions on price and usage. Participate in upselling to meet monthly sales goals and maintain up to date knowledge on the endocannabinoid system. Ensure cleanliness of surfaces and registers, removing and recording cash amounts at shift end. Report issues to management and adhere to MME policies including security and access protocols. Requires a Nevada Dispensary Agent work card, age 21 or older, and availability for all shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
- Knowledge of basic computer systems
- Nevada Dispensary Agent work card
- 21 years of age or older
