Job Summary
Deliver Customer Service Excellence by building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers and driving commercial success. Manage CRM data gathering and quality, while supporting transactions, complaints, and returns. Contribute to location performance targets and individual KPIs through loss prevention, stock management, and proficient use of business systems. Participate in regular trainings to continuously develop skills and ensure policies are followed. Required Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience
- Excellent understanding of premium fashion industry
