Job Summary
Welcome every customer entering the store and assist them in finding products by answering questions and explaining quality, materials, and features. Make yourself available in the fitting room, prepare and place items on the sales floor, and ensure the store and backstore remain clean and tidy. Accompany customers to the cash register to process transactions while meeting and exceeding personal sales goals. Stay alert for new products to share top picks with shoppers and respect all head office policies and procedures. Perform other duties as needed to support the team under store management supervision.
Required Qualifications
- previous sales experience

- You listen to customers' needs to provide exceptional customer service
- You're proactive and conscientious
