Job Summary
The Sales Associate at Bottom Line Equipment will implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and service goals in the heavy equipment rental industry. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying industry-related working groups, ensuring revenue growth at assigned accounts, developing market share, servicing existing accounts, monitoring competition, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining professional knowledge. Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the heavy equipment industry, strong computer skills, and must hold a valid driver's license. A degree of 2-4 years is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years sales experience within the heavy equipment industry and/or 5 years’ experience in the related field
- Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record in good standing
- Knowledge of frequently used Sales and Customer Relations Concepts, Practices and Procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Strong Computer Navigation Skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office and Wynne System
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent customer service skills
