Job Summary
Sales Associate at BODYBAR Pilates responsible for driving studio growth through owning the sales process (generating leads, following up, converting interest into memberships) and contributing to retail revenue. Build strong relationships with members, hit daily goals, be the brand ambassador at local events, and help grow BODYBAR’s presence in the community. Maintain organized logs of member bookings and interactions, and create a welcoming studio vibe before/after class. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; part-time role with flexible hours reporting to the Studio Manager; location in Scottsdale, AZ. Must be fluent in English, professional, punctual, and proficient with computers and studio software.
