Job Summary
Conduct consultative studio tours, identify emotional buying drivers, and close memberships on the spot while maintaining structured follow-up until a decision is made. Handle objections with professionalism, track personal conversion metrics, and hit daily and weekly sales goals. Support front desk operations by checking members in and maintaining studio flow. Contact new leads within minutes of inquiry and represent BODYBAR in the community to create a high-energy, welcoming experience. This part-time role requires 15-20 hours a week over three days, reporting to the Studio Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Consultative Sales experience REQUIRED (fitness, chiropractor, health & wellness)
- Comfortable discussing money and asking for commitment
- Competitive and motivated by performance
- Emotionally resilient and not discouraged by 'no'
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up
- Strong phone presence and in-person confidence
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Some college preferred
