Job Summary
Drive studio growth by owning the sales process, generating leads, following up, and turning interest into memberships. Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support while hitting daily goals for bookings, outreach, and sales. Represent BODYBAR at local events to grow community presence and keep member bookings and interactions accurately logged. Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class. This part-time role requires goal-oriented skills in membership and retail sales, fluency in English, and proficiency with studio software.
Required Qualifications
- Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email
- Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
- Proficient with computers and studio software
- High school diploma or equivalent
