Job Summary
Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships. Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support. Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you're all about results. Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community. Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged. Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class—you help turn workouts into experiences. Must be goal-oriented, fluent in English, with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email, and proficient with computers and studio software. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred.
