Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize sales performance, consistently meeting and exceeding goals through proven closing techniques. Deliver exceptional customer experiences by resolving concerns professionally and building strong relationships to achieve high Net Promoter Scores. Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and product knowledge while collaborating with teammates to achieve store goals. Complete ongoing training and development programs to support career advancement from Sales Associate to Store Manager.
