Demonstrate vehicles, build relationships, and facilitate customer understanding while providing advocacy during sales transactions. Ensure product presentation remains top notch and follow up on inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Continuously expand knowledge on cars and accessories, recruit new hires, and train existing staff. Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance while adhering to manufacturer certification and Lightspeed Learning Module requirements. Fluent in Spanish is essential for this role within the Teton Auto Group.
