Job Summary
Host engaging, high-energy livestream shopping events on TikTok, Whatnot, and other social-commerce platforms, demonstrating cosmetics, fragrance, skincare, and personal-care products while explaining features, benefits, and application techniques. Interact with viewers in real time by answering questions and encouraging participation to create excitement and trust. Collaborate with content and studio teams to prepare for scheduled sessions and review results to strengthen future presentations. Available for flexible daytime, evening, or weekend shifts as an independent contractor at $20.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Energetic, personable, expressive, and comfortable speaking on camera
- Passionate about cosmetics, fragrance, skincare, haircare, wellness, or beauty products
- Able to communicate product information in a clear, conversational, and persuasive manner
- Comfortable thinking quickly and responding to live audience questions
- Familiar with TikTok, Whatnot, Instagram, YouTube, or other livestream and social-media platforms
- Dependable, prepared, and able to arrive on time for scheduled livestream sessions
- Able to maintain audience energy and engagement throughout a live presentation
- Comfortable receiving coaching and adjusting presentation style based on performance feedback
- Authentic and relatable, with the ability to build trust with different audiences
- Available for a flexible schedule that may include daytime, evening, or weekend livestreams
- A genuine interest in beauty and product discovery
- A strong and engaging on-camera presence
- Confidence demonstrating and discussing products
- The ability to balance entertainment with product education
- Clear verbal communication and active listening skills
- An understanding of how social content influences purchasing decisions
- The ability to create urgency without making the audience feel pressured
- A willingness to learn product details before going live
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
