Job Summary
Build meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized service, styling advice, and seamless shopping assistance while contributing to sales goals. Assist customers in finding the perfect products, maintain visual merchandising standards, and execute floor sets. Develop a strong understanding of J.Jill's merchandise to offer expert guidance and recommendations. Help maintain store cleanliness, manage backroom organization, and participate in operational functions including marketing, product processing, replenishment, markdowns, and promotions. Work closely with team members to create a positive environment and proactively address customer concerns with a solution-oriented approach. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to help the store succeed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs
- Ability to joint/team lift
Desired Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Passion for fashion, styling, and creating a welcoming customer experience
