Job Summary
Sales Associate will assist in stocking of all merchandise, maintain a clean and orderly presentation, and ensure store cleanliness. Responsibilities include providing proactive customer service, greeting customers, solving problems, possessing strong product knowledge and store layout awareness, and supporting store operations such as signage, price changes, merchandising resets, and participation in store meetings. Experience in retail or hardware is preferred but not required; standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs are required. This is a full-time position with insurance benefits.
