Job Summary
Greet guests with enthusiasm, present the OTF concept, and sell memberships to drive studio growth. Call prospective leads daily to book intro classes and follow up on interest, while actively participating in community outreach events to generate new leads. Build relationships with members and ensure an amazing experience through proactive retention phone calls. Assist with front desk operations, handle member inquiries, and keep the studio clean and welcoming. Collaborate with the coaching team to create an outstanding member experience.
