Job Summary
Engage customers in a professional, friendly, and consultative manner to understand their furniture and home décor needs while building strong relationships. Educate clients on product features, warranties, financing, and delivery services to guide them through the purchasing journey. Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission targets, and performance metrics by accurately completing transactions and documentation. Maintain merchandise displays, uphold company policies, and successfully complete all required training programs. Follow up with customers to generate repeat business and referrals. Full-time hourly position with guaranteed wage plus commission, offering medical, dental, and vision coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Enjoys interacting with others and sharing knowledge
- Ambitious and self-motivated; thrives in a fast paced, high-energy environment
- Familiarity with computer-based inventory and sales systems
