Job Summary
Greet customers in the showroom, engage with them to understand their needs, and assist in selecting premium home appliances that fit their lifestyle. Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the appliance lineup to guide clients through product comparisons and confidently answer questions. Meet and exceed personal sales targets while following up on leads to turn interested shoppers into satisfied customers. Help keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting by ensuring product displays are tidy and up-to-date. Stay up-to-date on the latest appliance trends, new product releases, and industry developments through regular trainings and team meetings. Work with top premium brands like Sub-Zero and Wolf to help discerning customers create their dream kitchens.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends and some holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on the sales floor each day
- Ability to safely lift and move items up to 50–75 lbs occasionally
