Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at Ann Taylor, you will be the brand ambassador who builds authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journey through personalized styling recommendations. You will keep the sales floor organized and in the right place, collaborate with your team to deliver inviting customer experiences, and drive brand loyalty by applying product knowledge and brand behaviors. You’ll provide a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools, partner with store leaders to achieve daily goals, and contribute to a positive, customer-focused environment. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying needs, recommending styling options, maintaining store visuals and operations, and handling POS transactions.
