Sales Associate-ANN

As a Sales Associate, you will be the brand ambassador on the sales floor, offering personalized styling recommendations, keeping merchandise organized, and delivering an inviting in-store experience. You will engage with customers to understand needs, share product knowledge, and leverage brand priorities and promotions to drive loyalty. You’ll collaborate with store leaders and teammates to meet daily goals, maintain high visual and operational standards, and use available technology to provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. Prior sales or customer-focused experience is preferred, and applicants should have flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
