Sales Associate-ANN

As a Sales Associate, you are the brand ambassador who connects with customers and guides their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store visually appealing and organized, collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences, and support an inviting sales-floor environment. You will drive brand loyalty by sharing product knowledge, using brand behaviors, and delivering an seamless omnichannel shopping experience through available tools. You will partner with store leaders to achieve daily goals, build productive relationships, and take initiative in making thoughtful decisions. The role leverages a hospitality mindset, requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and includes operating a point-of-sale system and maintaining high visual/operational standards.
