Sales Associate-ANN

As a Sales Associate at Ann Taylor, you are the brand ambassador who connects with customers and guides their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store beautiful and well-organized on the sales floor, collaborating with your team to deliver welcoming, brand-aligned experiences. You share product knowledge, drive brand loyalty through personalized service, uphold visual and operational standards, and enable a seamless omnichannel experience using available tools. You’ll work with store leaders to meet daily goals and contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused environment while maintaining flexibility with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous sales or customer-focused experience is preferred; strong hospitality and technology proficiency to operate the point-of-sale system are valued for success in this role.
